Baking has been found to have a therapeutic value which helps to ease anxiety and negative thinking. Really, any activity which takes your whole attention (especially if it's simple and repetitive) can have a calming, meditative quality.

Drawing an indulgent and luxurious bath can be truly revitalizing for the body and mind. The warm water aids in muscle relaxation which helps to reduce tension and stress from the day. A soothing soak in the tub can quiet the mind, boost your mood, and beat fatigue (especially when paired with essential oils).
I don't get a lot of time to relax between school, family, and work but luckily I can always sneak in a few minutes to brew some Constant Comment Bigelow tea during the day.
