So I am head over heels in love with this blouse. No joke. It makes me smile every time I see it. I recently saw this on Pinterest and thought it was gorgeous , so I added it to my wishlist items when thrifthing. And guess what I found it! It's a chiffon blouse and it has a floral print through the top portion of the shirt.
